Nursery Land is a play school which is located in Roop Nagar. The locality is a prominent one in the region of North Delhi. It is an English medium and co-educational school. The school caters to the educational needs of the little ones with the aim to develop them into better citizens of tomorrow.
The school is dedicated for the emotional, intellectual, physical and cognitive development of the child through various play based activities combined with modern teaching aids. For the same, the school provides world class facilities to the students in the campus.
Nursery Land has been started with the aim wholesome development of the child. We believe that every child has a distinct personality even at a very early age and to unfold his/her latent qualities he/she has to be handled with utmost care and sensitivity to foster the child’s emotional, social and intellectual growth. Individual attention to each child therefore is the very basic aim of the school.
Our program of activities is informal and flexible. Under the friendly supervision of the teachers, the child enriches his/her experience in a wide range of activities in co-operation and sharing with others of his/her own age group. The school is well equipped physically and professionally to achieve this object. We provide free child guidance to parents and try to amend various behavioral problems founds in children, apart from the annual orientation program for the parents.

We firmly believe that an environment conducive to a child’s inherent needs and capabilities only goes to enhance the learning process and acts as a catalyst to rapid positive changes at all stages of life. Going by this thought, we strive to provide as many opportunities and facilities for every child, so as to enable him/her to learn hands-on, and hence, learn for life; learn a way of life.
Housed in a two storey building, the school has been constructed to ensure proper ventilation and natural light at all times. It boasts of a large and spacious play space, lined with swings and a variety of play material for children to engage in charged up display of free play. Creativity among the children is let loose at the Sand pit, where they can be seen ‘making’ a host of their very favorite things. A lush green garden provides a perfect setting for children to enjoy nature in its myriad of colors.
Fully air-conditioned and brightly decorated and spacious classrooms contain a wide variety of play material providing each child an opportunity to learn concepts and master their own skills by physically manipulating at their own natural pace. Add to this a colorful and pictoral display of themes and concepts on various boards in and around the classroom, prepared by pour very own set of talented and efficient staff. Not to forget our Activity Room which is yet another space for children to engage in creative free play. It boasts of a wide and colorful collection of toys, stuff toys, games, material for dramatic platy and the very favorite amongst all- the Ball pool.
In keeping with the changing times, computer sessions are held with children from time-to-time, where they not only practice their classroom concepts but also engage in interactive games; both of which give them an added opportunity to strengthen their physical & mental dexterity.
From time to time, children are also taken for exposure visits to places like Fire station, post office etc and for fun-filled day of picnic. We also hold regular activities like show and tell, fancy dress, where children get to hone their public speaking skills and gain confidence. Equally enthusiastically are all the festivals and important National events celebrated at the school. Once in a year, we also hold a day-camp for our children; an entire day full of ‘fun’!
For the ease of our children and their parents, we also provide transportation facility within neighborhood areas which the school caters to.
